You’ll need
1/2 of a white or yellow onion
about 1/4 of a package of baby carrots (or 3-4 large carrots, peeled)
about 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
2 quarts of chicken stock (low sodium)

1 cucumber, diced ¼ of a red onion, diced 3-4 stalks of celery
How to make it
1. Wash all the potatoes well and then dry them.
